Volunteer Bucks is managed by Community Impact Bucks, a local charity that enables people and organisations to get involved in voluntary and community action in Buckinghamshire.

As the Volunteer Centre for Buckinghamshire, we help people find local volunteer roles which suit them – whether based on location, type of role, interests, or time commitment.

From 2020 to 2024, we matched over 2200 volunteers with local charities and not-for-profit organisations through our Buckinghamshire Volunteer Matching Service. The Volunteer Bucks platform replaces this service, giving people the opportunity to browse and apply for volunteering roles themselves. It also allows organisations to post and manage their volunteer roles directly.

We also advise charities and community groups on all aspects of running an organisation, and provide essential services within the community which help people to stay connected and live independently. You can find out about this support on our website.
